Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with us. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Full Refunds

We offer full refunds only in the following cases:

  1. Tracked packages that arrive damaged (must include photo evidence).

  2. Tracked packages that are lost in transit or do not arrive (confirmed by the shipping carrier).

 Refunds are only available for orders shipped with tracking. If you choose an untracked shipping method, you accept the risk of non-delivery or loss.

Time Frame

To be eligible for a refund:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item (or the expected delivery date if the package hasn’t arrived).

  • For damaged items, you must include clear photos of the packaging and the product.

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds in the following situations:

  • Packages shipped without tracking.

  • Requests made after 7 days of delivery/loss.

  • Items marked as delivered by the carrier but claimed as not received (unless there’s clear evidence of a delivery error).

  • Damages caused by incorrect handling or opening after delivery.

Shipping Responsibility

  • We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

  • Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
