⭐ Keychains have a protective film that must be removed to keep them looking perfect and come with a soft plug to close the hole.
🐸 We do not provide quicksand oil. Please purchase oil and shake the oil yourself. (If you cannot purchase quicksand oil, you can use baby oil instead). If you wish, you can use the Keychain without the need to add oil, just by inserting the soft plug.
But if you want to use oil:
Shake as much as you can before adding oil.
Hold it upright when you put the oil in.
Pre-cut the cap but leave some space when placing it, do it at an angle forcing the tip upwards so that the inner part does not block the glitter or objects.
✨ We use Correos Spain to send our packages. There is currently two shipping method available: ordinary and tracking. NOT ALL ORDERS ARE TRACKED.
Ordinary: Cheaper, but there’s risk of your package ending lost, it will take longer to arrive and you won’t know where it is once we send it. We do NOT refund orders that were lost, damaged or stolen if they have this shipping method because there’s, sadly, no insurance. If you are worried about possible outcomes or would want your package to arrive soon, please choose the tracking option.
Tracking: Your package will arrive in a few working days and you will receive a number to track it and know where it is at any moment! You will also receive a refund if your package gets damaged or lost.
