☆ We take one day to pack orders and send them either the same day or 2 or 3 days later, but it may vary. Please take into consideration that we are a small shop!

✦ We use Correos Spain to send our packages. There is currently two shipping method available: ordinary and tracking. NOT ALL ORDERS ARE TRACKED.

Ordinary: Cheaper, but there’s risk of your package ending lost, it will take longer to arrive and you won’t know where it is once we send it. We do NOT refund orders that were lost, damaged or stolen if they have this shipping method because there’s, sadly, no insurance. If you are worried about possible outcomes or would want your package to arrive soon, please choose the tracking option.

Tracking: Your package will arrive in a few working days and you will receive a number to track it and know where it is at any moment! You will also receive a refund if your package gets damaged or lost.

☆ The estimated time of arrival are:

– Spain: 2-4 working days

– Europe: 1-2 weeks

– The rest of the world: 2-3 weeks

✦ Mistakes in your name, direction, phone number will result in your package being returned or lost so please double-check. If your order is returned because of your mistake, the shipping cost will have to be paid again, and if it’s because of our mistake we will pay it.
